This refund and return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for purchases made through our online store.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn and in original condition.
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Antique and Vintage items are sold “as is” and are non-returnable and/or eligible for refund.
- Personal care items, if opened or used
- Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of our homepage. Include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Certain items returned due to “buyer’s remorse” will only be refunded for the item minus a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Handmade items from our local artisans are not eligible for refund, however, they may be eligible for exchange if damaged during shipping.
Exchanges do not apply to Antique and Vintage items unless you received the wrong item.
Only items that are damaged, defective or incorrect will be exchanged

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please Inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include your order number, description of the issue, photos of the item and packaging.
We will work to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, exchange, or refund.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outline above.
For certain items, there is a 20% restocking fee for an order cancellation after it has started processing and/or been shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated processing period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.
